What is Your Service Area?
We currently serve areas within a 40-50 mile radius around our office in Akron, Ohio. Some of these Northeast Ohio cities including Ashland, Millersburg, Massilon, Kent, New Philadelphia, Wooster, Lorain, Orrville, Canton, Elyria, Mansfield, Cuyahoga Falls, Wadsworth, Medina, Green, Westlake, Sugarcreek, and other areas of Stark County.
How Long Does It Take To Get an Estimate?
We make it a priority to provide rapid response for our customers. Our goal is to be on-site for a consult within 24-48 hours. Written estimates are provided for all work. We also have a range of tools including our Cost Calculator and 3D Modeler that can help expedite this process depending on the nature of your project.
How Long is an Estimate Good For?
Generally we strive to hold estimate prices for 30 days or more but certain market conditions can cause prices to fluctuate and change.
How Do You Handle Cleanup?
We aim to leave the job site cleaner than when we arrived. Of course, what we do can be dirty. We tarp our work area, broom sweep and magnetic broom sweep the work area to get any possible debris. We also provide porta potties where applicable.
Are You Insured?
Yes, we are fully covered by insurance including general liability (GL) insurance, workers compensation (workers comp) insurance and commercial auto insurance.
Do you Carry General Liability Insurance?
We are fully covered by general liability insurance to perform roofing, siding, construction, and a full range of services in the State of Ohio. Insurance certificates can be furnished upon request.
Who Will Be Giving the Estimate?
One of our qualified and professionally trained estimators or the owner DJ Marlatt himself will perform your estimate.
