Key Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality installation of remodeling projects across multiple trades:
- Framing, drywall (hanging & finishing), demolition, light plumbing, light electrical, flooring, finish carpentry, door installation, and gutters
Manage and update project schedules during installation through to completion
Communicate clearly and consistently with clients and upper management
Create or assist in creating material lists and pick up larger materials when needed
Delegate tasks to the install team and maintain workflow efficiency to ensure ontime project completion
Train new install team members as needed
Maintain detailed notes in the CRM, including reports and change orders
Track tools, materials, and installation trailer inventory
Meet or exceed project deadlines and contractual expectations
Conduct and complete punch lists and final walkthroughs with Field Supervisor and clients
Assist in maintaining company tools, equipment, and vehicles

Ideal Candidate Traits

A skilled interior installer with 5+ years of hands-on remodeling experience
Basic technical proficiency with smartphones, email, and CRM
Strong leadership and team management skills
Highly organized with a proactive attitude
Excellent communicator — with team, clients, and leadership
Committed to safety, quality, and professionalism
Positive, can-do mindset and commitment to delivering an amazing outcome on time and on budget

Minimum Requirements

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed
Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
Willingness to undergo a trial/training period
Experience across multiple remodeling trades
